I was really looking to make lifestyle changes, not just exercise.  Coach Barb has been invaluable to me in helping me outline my goals, keep me accountable and just be supportive.  Her positive attitude and willingness to be flexible helped me keep at it even when my motivation was down.  I am continuing to implement many of the changes she has recommended, and I know I can continue to make changes in the future.

I had the honor of working with Barb for 12 weeks.  She actually told me to start eating more often and more nutritious foods - it was the total opposite of what I thought she'd say!  She also told me to only do the exercise that I enjoyed, so I started swimming daily and taking my dog to the dog park all the time.  I lost 20lbs. in the 12 weeks and went on to lose a total of 60 pounds over a year's time.  It was amazing to me how much freedom I now feel in my body.
